Returns & Exchanges

We try to make online returns and exchanges as easy as possible. If you need to make a return or exchange for an online purchase simply do the following:

  1. Send an e-mail to Shop@SandValleyGolfResort.com
  2. Include your Order # in the subject of the e-mail
  3. List the items you are returning or exchanging
  4. If you're requesting an exchange, list the items you would like to exchange for.
  5. Please list the reason for your exchange or return
  6. We'll send you an e-mail with packing instructions and a shipping label so that you can mail back your items Free of Charge! Simply print out the label, tape it to the original packaging and drop it off at your nearest USPS or FedEX location.
