Lido Merchandise FAQ

 

 1. Where can I purchase Lido merchandise?

If you have a tee time at the Lido you will have an opportunity to shop in the Lido pro shop before or after your tee time.

 

 2. If I do not have a tee time at the Lido can I still purchase Lido gear?

If you do not have a tee time at the Lido you will not be able to go to the Lido pro shop to purchase gear.  However, we will have opportunities to purchase Lido logo'd gear on our online store.  The best way to stay up to date with these special drops is to sign up for our retail insider at the bottom of our shop homepage. https://shop.sandvalley.com/ 

 

 3. If I need to return Lido merchandise, how do I return it?

We encourage you to try on your merchandise at the Lido pro shop to ensure you have picked the right size.  If you get home and need to return your items you may return your purchase within 30 days of the original purchase date.  Any sale or discounted items are a final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.  Please email our retail team at shop@sandvalleygolfresort.com.  For our full return policy please click here https://shop.sandvalley.com/pages/returns-exchanges.

 

4. Will there be shoes at the Lido shop?

We will not have golf shoes for purchase at the Lido.  If you need golf shoes please shop in the main pro shop in the Lodge.

 

5. Will there be rain gear for purchase at the Lido Shop?

We will have a very limited rain gear selection at the Lido shop, we encourage you to shop in the main pro shop for a full selection of rain gear.
